Antecedentes - Propiedad horizontal

Abstract

El presente manuscrito se enfoca en la presentación de la Propiedad Horizontal en Colombia, retomándose su desarrollo a nivel mundial para así llegar a la implementación en nuestro país. En primera instancia presentamos los antecedentes de la Propiedad Horizontal desde que se planteó su reconocimiento a nivel mundial, como sucede en las antiguas culturas como lo son la Griega, Romana, egipcia y babilónica. Seguido a este planteamiento, se presenta la evolución histórica en Colombia desde el asesinato del caudillo Liberal Jorge Eliecer Gaitán lo cual produjo el Bogotazo, crisis que obliga a la reconstrucción de la ciudad. Al haber problemáticas sociopolíticas dentro del país, se presenta gran migración de la población campesina hacia el círculo urbano, lo cual hace necesario el aprovechamiento al máximo del espacio. Adentrándonos al marco legal en conjunto con los antecedentes históricos se hace referencia de la normativa que ha venido regulando la Propiedad horizontal hasta llegar así, a la ley 675 de 2.001. De igual manera se contempla información estadística de la Propiedad Horizontal con referencia al periodo 2.014. Finalmente se hace una breve reseña de la historia, ubicación y características de los centros comerciales que se encuentran entre los más costosos comercialmente dentro de la ciudad de Bogotá.

The present document is focused to show an explanation about the Horizontal property in Colombia, returning its development worldwide to reach the implementation in our country. In the first instance, It show a history of the Horizontal property since it put its worldwide recognition, as in ancient cultures such as Greek, Roman, Egyptian and Babylonian. Following this approach, is presented the historical evolution in Colombia since the assassination of the caudillo Liberal Jorge Eliecer Gaitan which caused the Bogotazo, this crisis forced the reconstruction of the city. There were socio-political problems within the country; this situation was the beginning of the migration of the rural population towards urban circle, making it necessary to use the most of the space.

Get inside, in Legal regulatory and with the historical events, we reviewed the legal structure until come the law 675 of 2001. There by, It looks at the statistical information about Horizontal Property refers to the period 2014.

Finally, this document offer a brief history review, location and characteristics of the most expensive shopping malls into Bogotá.
