Las habilidades gerenciales e innovadoras y su influencia en la formalización empresarial de las Mipymes ubicadas en el Pasaje Real del municipio de Sincelejo, Sucre

Abstract

El artículo desarrollado tiene el objetivo de determinar las habilidades gerenciales e innovadoras que influyen en la formalización de las MiPymes que hacen parte del Pasaje Real del municipio de Sincelejo, de que maneras las están desarrollando e implementando para beneficio propio y de la empresa, la identificación de las limitaciones que influyen en el desarrollo de las habilidades gerenciales e innovadoras y el establecimiento de la influencia de las habilidades gerenciales e innovadoras en la formalización de las MiPymes.

Para este artículo se recurre a un proceso metodológico enmarcado en un tipo de investigación cualitativo, con un enfoque exploratorio y descriptivo, la población referencia a los comerciantes del Pasaje Real y la implementación de un instrumento de recolección de información basado la escala de Likert con el fin de medir la relación entre las variables de estudio. El resultado de la investigación fue significativo y veras, permitiendo el encuentro directo con las falencias y donde deben desarrollar mas sus habilidades. Para concluir, es necesario que estas MiPymes y sus dirigentes apliquen y desarrollen sus conocimientos y habilidades con el fin de logar alcanzar sus objetivos y metas establecidas en el marco de la formalización empresarial.

The article developed has the objective of determining the managerial and innovative skills that influence the formalization of the MiPymes that are part of the Royal Passage of the municipality of Sincelejo, in what ways they are developing and implementing them for their own benefit and that of the company, the identification of the limitations that influence the development of managerial and innovative skills and the establishment of the influence of managerial and innovative skills in the formalization of Mipymes.

To conclude, it is necessary that these Mipymes and their leaders apply and develop their knowledge and skills in order to achieve their objectives and goals established within the framework of business formalization.
